ZEKİ BOZOKLAR

Zeki Bozoklar was born in Izmir in 1936. He has completed his primary and secondary education in Karsiyaka, Izmir. Then he has been accepted to Istanbul Academy of Fine Arts in 1955 where he received his Master’s degree in Architecture in 1960. He has started his practices in the same year. He has his signature on over hundreds of projects during his 45 years of career life.

Mr. Bozoklar has served as an expert in many court and legal expropriation commissions Paralel to his business, he has also been politically active and he has held different positions at a political party including district administration, and Assembly of Municipality of Izmir.

He’s a member of Izmir Chamber of Architects. His sports interests include jogging, swimming, windsurf and waterskiing. He continues to his practices as the chairman of Bozoklar Construction Industry&Trade Co.

Mr. Bozoklar is married and father of two children and three grand children. He speaks English.

ALİ TAMER BOZOKLAR

Mr. Bozoklar was born in 1965 in Izmir, Turkey. He has started his secondary education at Bornova Anadolu High School and graduated from Severna Park High School in Maryland, USA. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Middle East Technical University in 1988 with B. Arch. title. His master studies are in "Tourism and Resort type Luxury Hotels" and Planning, Design and Management Problems. He received his Masters degree in Architecture in 1991 and continued his career in Canada at Regis Côte et Associés Architecture Inc. During his post graduate studies, he has also taken courses at Universita Italiana di Perugia, Italy in 1988 and Universite de Montreal in 1991.

In 1992 he became a partner of the Bozoklar Construction Co. where he currently serves as the general manager. The company is active in architecture, engineering, general contracting, decoration, consultancy and foreign trade. The company is specialized in the construction of high end residences, commercial & industrial buildings and land development. Mr. Bozoklar has also been a partner of Benart Architecture Inc. in Istanbul since 2003. Related to his international trade development business, Mr. Bozoklar is the major partner of SBIB Corporation in Quebec, Canada.

Mr. Bozoklar has been appointed as Honorary Consul of Brazil and is also very active both in Professional and Non Governmental Organizations. He currently serves as the executive board member responsible from EU relations at TABA (Am-Cham in Turkey) as well as DEIK (Foreign Economical Relations Board) vice chairman of Turkish Brazilian , Argentinian and Canadian Business Councils. He is also Honorary Member of EGIAD (Aegean Young Businessmen Association), Member of Chamber of Architects (UIA in Turkey), RAIC (Royal Architectural Institute of Canada), Consular Corps, TUKLAD (Turkish - Caribbean and Latin American Association) and Izmir Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Bozoklar speaks English, Italian and French.

ASLI SOKOL

Asli Sokol was born in Izmir in 1969. After graduating from St. Joseph Jr. High and Tevfik Fikret High School, she has continued to her education at Dokuz Eylul University , where she has received her Bachelors Degree in Architecture in 1992. In the same year she has started to practice in Ayvalik. Her works were mostly concentrated on decoration under the structure of Sokol Inc. She has extended her works to Izmir in 2004 and has become a member of Bozoklar Construction. Currently she practices her works both in Ayvalik and Izmir.

Mrs. Sokol is a member of Ayvalik Chamber of Architects, Aegean young Businessmen Association, Izmir Alliance Club and Izmir Pony Club. She is also interested in sports as jogging, swimming and waterskiing.

Mrs. Sokol is married and mother of two children . She speaks English, French, Italian and German fluently.
